The Garden

Planting Roots

In 2016, we built 10 beds for the first growing season of The Garden. In that season, the Garden served as a place for connection for local residents who were invited to own a plot and work alongside members of SSPP.

Growing Young

In 2019, the Early Learning Center (ELC) ministry of SSPP was created and soon - the children were getting in on the fun! The Garden is still utilized this way today - providing learning opportunities for little ones about Creation - while still producing veggies for the congregation to enjoy.

A young girl wearing a white dress with colorful cartoon characters, blue shoes with flower designs, and turquoise socks is gardening. She is holding a small green watering can and is near a lush garden with various flowering plants, green foliage, and a wooden border.

Come & Grow!

The Garden continues to be a place of connection & growth for members of SSPP. If you’d like to “own” a bed, share your cultivating skills with the ELC, or learn more - reach out to the Gardenkeepers below!
